This category includes programs that support social or human services that may be unrelated to healthcare but that foster or maintain a vibrant Jewish community. Examples include:
- Foster continuity of Jewish identity over a lifetime, such as Jewish education programs.
- Enable a sustainable, inclusive Jewish community that may include outreach to the general community, such as transportation to Jewish communal social activities.
- Dedicate a certain amount of funding to support focused initiatives for Jewish persons ages 33 and younger.
- Support efforts that promote a literate, educated Jewish community.
